Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic child development.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators in best practices and professional growth.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health standards.
- Engage with parents and the community to foster strong relationships and communication.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and program effectiveness.
- Manage budget and resources to ensure optimal program delivery.
- Organize and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Site Supervisor Permit.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for early childhood education.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of state regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
