Role Description
\n
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Litigation Associate located in San Diego, CA. As a Civil Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. You will also participate in trial preparation and have opportunities for courtroom experience.

Qualifications

- \n
- Active member of the California State Bar
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, including experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in employment, real estate, business litigation, or personal injury is a plus
- Commitment to professional growth and development
