Supply Chain Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Clerk to join a fast-paced biopharmaceutical manufacturing team in Tustin, CA. This position will provide support to the Supply Chain team with inventory, materials, shipping, receiving, documentation, and basic quality control activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with documentation and data, and interested in gaining experience in both Supply Chain and Quality Control within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily Supply Chain and Materials Management activities.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, material movement, and order management.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in inventory and company systems.
  • Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and material availability.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Procurement teams.
  • Assist with receiving materials and reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform basic checks of incoming materials and documentation to ensure they meet established requirements.
  • Help identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or documentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure required documentation is completed properly.
  • Assist with monitoring inventory levels and communicating potential material shortages.
  • Support basic QC-related activities, including documentation review and material status checks.
  • Follow established procedures and GMP/GDP requirements.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, warehouse, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, QC, or an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with inventory, numbers, and documentation.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills; experience with Excel is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and communicate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
  • Previous experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment is a plus.
