This full-time, onsite role offers the chance to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a high school student with Autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Qualifications we’re seeking:
- Active and current National RBT certification—required
- Experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, preferably with high school students
- Comfort providing 1:1 support within a school environment
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Collaborative skills to work seamlessly with supervising BCBA and school staff
- Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable
In this important role, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions and direct support to a high school student with Autism
- Follow ABA strategies outlined by the supervising BCBA
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data throughout each session
- Communicate progress and observations with the BCBA and educational staff
- Foster a supportive, structured environment tailored to the student’s needs
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to all district and ethical standards
