Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors, hallways, lobbies, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas.
- Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, sidewalks, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Refill restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and damaged equipment to management.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and special cleaning projects.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
- Follow established safety procedures and proper chemical-handling guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or property management.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying supplies.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety.
- Previous janitorial or porter experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a professional attitude.
