Key Responsibilities\n

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through virtual meetings to establish their current needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
- \n
Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment techniques, along with cultural competence in delivering therapy to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Benefits include:
