Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 Days/Week Available)
Setting: Outpatient Family Health Clinic
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM/9:00 AM-6:30 PM (No Weekends, Nights, On-call)
Position Overview
\n
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
· Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
\n
· Serve as the primary care provider for an assigned patient panel.
\n
· Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
\n
· Interpret laboratory and imaging results and communicate findings to patients.
\n
· Provide preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.
\n
· Provide telehealth services as needed.
\n
· Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
\n
· Participate in quality improvement activities, chart reviews, and clinical meetings.
\n
· Supervise NPs/PAs when applicable.
\n
Qualifications
\n
· MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
\n
· Active California medical license or eligibility for licensure.
\n
· Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
\n
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Preventive Medicine preferred.
\n
· Primary care, family medicine, community health, or outpatient experience preferred.
\n
