Job DescriptionON-SITE FIELD JOB IN THE MODESTO AREA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID JOB. You must already live in or near Modesto. Applications from outside the area will not be reviewed.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL JOB. You must have real, hands-on roof REPAIR experience (not just tear-offs or laborer work). No repair experience, no review. We are not training roofers from scratch.
Roof Repair Technician | $30/hour | Modesto, CA
Part-time to start, with a path to full-time as our Northern California service work grows | Monday through Friday
Infinite Roofing is a California residential roofing company and a 5-Star Certified Roof Maxx dealer. We're growing our service and repair work up north and need a roofer who can show up, find the problem, fix it right, and document it.
What you'll do:
- Roof inspections and leak diagnostics on residential and light commercial roofs
- Repairs: leaks, shingles, tile, flashing, pipe jacks, vents, and penetrations
- Roof tune-ups and preventative maintenance
- Roof Maxx rejuvenation applications (we train you on the process)
- Take photos and notes on every job so the office and the customer see exactly what you found and fixed
Must have:
- 3+ years of hands-on roofing experience with a strong repair background
- Comfortable on shingle, tile, and low-slope roofs, and you can work safely on your own
- Your own hand tools and safety gear
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional with homeowners, and good with a smartphone for photos and job notes
Schedule: jobs are scheduled 24 to 48 hours ahead, Monday through Friday, across Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Manteca, Riverbank and surrounding areas.
Pay: $30/hour.
