Exciting opportunities are available for Speech Language Pathologists interested in making a meaningful impact in a K-12 educational setting near Oakland, CA. We are seeking three dedicated professionals for full-time, onsite contract positions covering the 2026-2027 school year. You will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting students across a diverse caseload and playing a key role in helping them achieve their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid California SLP license
- Previous experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs among students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in meetings and contribute expertise to the greater school community
