We are seeking an Associate Attorney for a full-time, in-person position in our office in Downtown Berkeley, California. The position requires occasional travel for court appearances, depositions, inspections, and other case-related matters.
We welcome newly admitted attorneys who are eager to develop their litigation skills. Attorneys with one to five years of litigation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
· Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, staff, and clients
· Ability to take direction, exercise sound judgment, and work independently
Preferred Experience
· Automotive, warranty, or product liability litigation
· Trial or arbitration experience as first or second chair
· Experience working with corporate in-house legal departments
