We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in a clean-room setting following GMP standards. Manufacturing experience is required. You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities within a clean-room environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion to minimize downtime.
- Load and unload equipment and materials efficiently and safely.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency and streamline operations.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Log and record equipment readings, operational data, and procedural information accurately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with plant tools, equipment, and clean-room procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle physical workloads and adhere to safety standards.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
