The Role
This position will report to: Wine Logistics Supervisor.
Shift: 1
Employment Category: Full-Time Regular.
Pay Range: $21.13/HR - $26.46/HR.
Onsite Position

JOB STATEMENT:
Assist Export Director with all aspects of either Bulk Export or Case Goods shipping internationally. Communicate with overseas customers, freight forwarders, brokers and agents. Complete required documentation for customs and schedule / oversee logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely fashion and interact with customers and other employees in an efficient and courteous manner at all times.
- Enter customer orders accurately.
- Design and produce overlay labels for export case good orders.
- Prepare and complete all necessary customs documentation for export shipments.
- Process all forms required by TTB and other governing agents.
- Communicate with customers and Export Director to ensure order accuracy and investigate any discrepancies. Provide documentation when required.
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for either case goods or bulk shipments.
- Invoice customers accurately and communicate with Accounts Receivable when necessary to aid in the collection of funds.
- Update all necessary databases.
- Monitor customer Purchase Orders and bulk contracts for accuracy and balance monthly with Compliance and Accounting.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for ownership and Finance Dept. as required.
- Special projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- Customer service experience 2-3 years
- Knowledge of export / customs regulations and TTB requirements.
Equipment:
- Calculator
- PC
Knowledge of:
- Microsoft office to include, Word and Excel
- OMNI
- Zebra Print
Ability to:
- Communicate professionally with a variety of employees, customers and owners on a daily basis.
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Sit for an extended period up to 10-12 hours
· Ability to walk in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments
· Perform tasks using standard computer equipment
· May be required to package items, lift, push and carry boxes up to 20 lbs.
· Ability to stoop, bend, climb, kneed, crouch, and twist
· Ability to ascend and descent ramps, steps, ladders, and stairs using three-point contact
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Limited noise level
· Indoor climate
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection, and proper footwear when in production facility.
HOURS AND WORKDAYS
1st Shift 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
