Job DescriptionWe are looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Servers to join our team at Ponzu Sushi. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, work well in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Explain menu items, sushi selections, and daily specials
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work closely with kitchen and FOH team members
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Follow restaurant policies and health & safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Knowledge of sushi or Japanese cuisine is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
