Production Technician
Insight Global is seeking a Production Technician to support a leading manufacturing client in Livermore, CA. This individual will join a production team responsible for assembling precision mechanical and electromechanical products used in highly technical manufacturing environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with assembly, manufacturing, technician, production, or electronics experience who enjoy hands-on work and operating in a quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble precision mechanical and electromechanical components
- Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations
- Use hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure product specifications are met
- Operate production equipment including vacuum systems, ovens, and specialized assembly tools
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve production-related challenges
- Maintain organized workstations and production areas
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Assist in training and supporting junior team members when needed
- Adhere to all safety and quality requirements
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, or technician experience
- Experience working with mechanical or electromechanical assemblies
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use hand tools and precision measurement devices
- Ability to interpret work instructions and process documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Previous semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or precision assembly experience is a plus

- 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
Interview Process: One 30-minute onsite interview with two hiring managers
