Pay: $210,000 (DOE)

Lead with purpose

At Thompson Pipe Group – Los Angeles, we build infrastructure that lasts. From our Rialto, CA site, we craft precast concrete pipes that support communities. We’re searching for a hands-on facility leader who will elevate safety, quality, delivery, and cost—while growing people and processes.

Your mission

• Command overall site operations to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Implement business strategies, policies, and training that strengthen our operating system.
• Install disciplined KPI routines; collect data, analyze trends, and communicate results and plans.
• Shape a culture of accountability: clear expectations, coaching, and development for teams and leaders.
• Steer budgeting and P&L performance; manage costs and act decisively on insights.
• Champion compliance and safety; ensure robust processes and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with EHS, HR, Maintenance, Logistics, and other partners to deliver outcomes.
• Advance our brand and growth by researching and validating new opportunities.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years leading manufacturing operations teams and owning results across people, product, resources, budget, change, and quality.
• Industrial manufacturing experience; construction/building materials preferred.
• Commercial background with executive-level engagement experience.
• Skilled at structuring large-scale operations and delegating through leaders.
• Builder of a quality-first culture with proactive problem-solving.
• Broad business fluency: operations, sales, and project management.
• Exceptional communication; strong organization and multi-project execution.
• Financial leadership across budgets and P cost management and data-driven choices.
• MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or similar proficiency.
