Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Opportunity in Fairfield, CA - 15 Minutes toNapa Valley
COMPENSATION: $170k-$190k
We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic Fairfield, CA.
We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.
Role: typical day in the life
- Compensation: $170-$185 (based on experience)
- Non-Production based compensation model Value Based Care not RVU
- Need: 1 Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Supervising Physician available for support
- Full range of Family Practice
- Patient demographics: 50/45 men/women, 5% Children (ages 2+)
- Clinical Support Staff: MA
- Good mix of annual wellness and episodic care along with chronic disease management
- Average patients visit 20 minutes (follow up), 60-minute annual visit
- 12-15 people a day in the busy season, during harvest is closer to 5 a day
- Work with MA, dispense medications
- Onsite Dispensary
- Onsite Lab
- Shifts: Mon, Wed -7a-5p; Tues, Thurs 10a-7p; Fri 8a-12p (1hr. paid lunch break daily)

Requirements:
- NP Current ANCC or AANP board certification
- PA Current NCCPA board certification
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred Minimum 2 years outpatient experience
