- Travel: $2,800–$3,000 Gross Weekly (Based on Experience)
- Local: $70–$75/hour (Based on Experience)

- Variable 8-Hour Shifts
- Every Other Weekend Required

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacist to provide safe, accurate, and effective medication services in a community pharmacy setting. The Pharmacist will be responsible for prescription review and dispensing, patient counseling, medication management, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, potential drug interactions, contraindications, and appropriateness.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records, documentation, and patient profiles.
- Monitor medication safety and ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy regulations.
- Follow established pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service.
- Work variable 8-hour shifts based on operational needs.
- Participate in weekend coverage, including every other weekend.
Required Qualifications Education
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent pharmacy degree from an accredited program.
Licensure
- Active Pharmacist license required.
- Must meet all applicable state licensing and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Skills
- Previous retail/community pharmacy experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications, drug interactions, and medication safety.
- Excellent patient counseling and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
