Job Title: Licensed Physical Therapist (Full Time)
Location: Del Mar / Solana Beach / Encinitas, CA area

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation, values one-on-one patient care, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with referring physicians
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California (or eligible)
- Strong orthopedic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in performance rehab or specialty services
- New graduates welcome; experience preferred
