\n - Certs: BLS, ACLS, prefer CCRN, basic critical care course preferred, NIHSS
\n - Ratios: 1 to 2
\n - EMR: Cerner
\n - Charge Nurse: Each shift--do not take patients; they serve as a resource to entire house
\n - Nurse Aides: No
\n - Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per 4 weeks
\n - Holidays: Every other major
\n - Scrub Color: Navy
