Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Project Support Specialist
Auto Parts Distribution Center
Are you highly organized, analytical, and skilled in Excel and reporting? We're seeking a Project Support Specialist to assist with key operational projects within a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-5pm + overtime and as early as 5am when required.
Pay: $24-$26/hr depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
- Analyze project data and prepare reports
- Maintain project schedules and timelines
- Create presentations for leadership updates
- Support audit readiness and documentation efforts
- Assist with ISO and VDA compliance activities
- Learn and support logistics center operations across multiple functions
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience with reporting, scheduling, and documentation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Supply chain, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- One to two years (1-2 years) prior experience in automotive parts distribution or similar logistics environment
- Exposure to WMS or ERP systems
- Experience supporting internal or external audits
