40hrs Monday- Friday 7am- 3.30pm with a possibility of extension
Job Purpose
To be responsible for providing high quality care to patients by helping with a range of services such as assisting with daily living activities and observing outlined policies and procedures.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and personal care including, but not limited to eating, bathing, and dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom
- Provide patients with mobility assistance
- Prepare and submit all applicable documentations in accordance with policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED)
- Home Health Aide certification is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess current CPR certification
- Experience in home care
NB: This role does not involve any medical activities.

- Have impeccable personal hygiene
- Ability to pass required TB test and physical exam
- Ability to perform light housekeeping
- Proven ability to behave with respect and compassion
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to use a hoyer lift
