About the Role
\n
\n
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and coordinating the day-to-day activity across assigned accounts. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients while working with internal teams to make sure requests, deadlines, and account priorities are handled effectively.
\n

This is an office-based role for someone who enjoys working with clients, staying organized, and taking ownership of ongoing account activity.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
• Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients
\n
• Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate support
\n
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation
\n
• Follow up on requests, actions, and outstanding requirements
\n
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep account activity on schedule
\n
• Prepare account updates, reports, and meeting materials
\n
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and account priorities
\n
• Assist with client meetings and account reviews
\n
• Identify account issues and coordinate solutions
\n
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders
\n
• Support account retention and ongoing relationship management
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
• Previous experience in account management, client services, customer success, business development, or a related role preferred
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
\n
• Comfortable managing multiple client requirements at once
\n
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
\n
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and office software
\n
• Professional approach to client communication and problem-solving
\n
