What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with waterproofing and coatings installations
- Prepare surfaces and materials per instructions
- Follow step-by-step installation procedures
- Maintain clean, organized & safe jobsites
- Work under a lead technician or crew lead
- Use a smartphone for time tracking, job photos and scheduling
- Represent Coastal Construction professionally on high-end jobsites
Prior waterproofing experience is helpful but not required. General construction experience is a plus. This is outdoor, physical work, often performed on ladders and roofs. Must be okay with heights.
