Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Cloud Resources & Infrastructure Operations: Responsible for daily operations, inspection, and troubleshooting of cloud platform resources, such as AWS / Azure, Kubernetes clusters, networks, storage, VPN, bastion hosts, and related infrastructure.
- Production Stability: Responsible for production deployment, change execution, capacity inspection, monitoring and alerting, troubleshooting, and emergency response to ensure stable operation of core business systems.
- Monitoring & Logging: Maintain monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and log collection platforms; optimize alert rules, log retention, service availability monitoring, and resource usage monitoring.
- DevOps & Release Support: Work with development teams to maintain CI/CD processes and support troubleshooting for Jenkins, GitLab, Nginx, Ingress, Helm, and deploymentrelated issues.
- Access Control & Security Operations: Support production access permission review, least-privilege governance, temporary authorization, access traceability, and public access reduction for sensitive systems.
- Security Incident & Compliance Support: Participate in security incident response, assist with impact assessment, temporary mitigation, remediation tracking, post-incident review records, audit materials, and remediation evidence preparation.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Write and maintain operations SOPs, troubleshooting manuals, change records, permission management procedures, security operations documents, and audit support materials.
- Collaborative Support: Work with R&D, DBA, security, product, and customer teams to drive closure of production issue diagnosis, change releases, security remediation, and compliance audit matters.

Requirements
\n
Mandatory Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, with 3+ years of experience in
\n
\n
cloud platforms, DevOps, SRE, or production operations.
\n
- \n
- Must be proficient in both Chinese and English.
- Familiar with at least one mainstream cloud platform, such as Azure/AWS, and
\n
\n
\n
experienced in operations of cloud servers, cloud storage, networking, security groups,
\n
firewalls, VPN, monitoring, and alerting.
\n
- \n
- Familiar with Kubernetes operations, including Ingress, Namespace, ConfigMap, Secret,
\n
\n
log collection, resource monitoring, and common troubleshooting.
\n
- \n
- Familiar with Linux systems, networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, firewalls,
\n
\n
VPN, bastion hosts, and related infrastructure operations.
\n
- \n
- Familiar with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, log systems, and
\n
\n
other common operations tools.
\n
- \n
- Experience in production troubleshooting, change execution, monitoring and alert
\n
\n
optimization, capacity inspection, and emergency response.
\n
- \n
- Understanding of access control, least privilege, log retention, audit tracing, security
\n
\n
incident response, and basic security compliance requirements.
\n
- \n
- Strong documentation and cross-team communication skills; able to produce incident
\n
\n
reports, change records, audit explanations, and remediation materials.
\n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Operations experience in cross-border logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or high-availability
\n
\n
online systems.
\n
- \n
- Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, customer security audits, or cloud security
\n
\n
remediation.
\n
- \n
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, PIM, or
\n
\n
related security capabilities.
\n
- \n
- Proficiency in Python / Go / Shell, with experience developing automation tools for
\n
\n
operations.
\n
- \n
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, or other IaC and automated
\n
\n
deployment tools.
\n
- \n
- Experience in security incident response, vulnerability remediation, permission
\n
\n
governance, or public access reduction projects.
\n
- \n
- Able to communicate in Chinese.
\n
\n
