Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join a well-established California law firm with a sophisticated real estate practice.
Position Overview
The firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience handling sophisticated real estate finance transactions for a broad range of clients, including developers, investment companies and advisors, pension funds, and REITs.
The attorney will have the opportunity to work on complex transactions while collaborating with a team and taking on significant individual responsibility.
Qualifications

4-6 years of experience working on sophisticated real estate finance transactions.

Experience representing both borrowers and lenders in financing transactions.

Excellent writing, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team while independently managing significant responsibilities.

Major law firm experience preferred.

Strong academic credentials.

Admission to the State Bar of California.
Compensation
Base Salary: $285,000-$350,000 annually
Actual compensation will depend on factors including relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
