Primary Care/Chronic Disease diagnosis and management. Longitudinal care

reason for opening?(adding or replacing)?

Growing population and need to expand access

Joining other providers? If so how many?

Working only side Primary Care physician in a Physician/APP team to manage a panel of patients assigned

Days/hours/shifts/weekends/Call?

M-F 8-5pm/ no weekends/Call for Practice as a while 1-3 nights per month

Locale/Locales practicing at?

Coachella Valley – Locations TBD

Comp Range?

$70-$75/hr

EMR?

NextGen

12-15

$4K CME annually
