Job Summary:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, site safety and supervision at several sites.
Project Locations:
- Roseville
- East Sacramento
- Rocklin
- Chico
- Rancho Cordova
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties as expected of a commercial superintendent.
- Project oversight from pre-construction to Certificate of Occupancy
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Log daily site activities and update schedules
- Lead weekly meetings with your PM, A&E and client
- Maintain as-built plans
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
- Drive to multiple jobsites to supervise work
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a commercial construction superintendent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity using Dropbox
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- EXPERT in reading plans
- Have a range of handy skills
- Physically active, this is a large job site.
Project
We have several smaller projects (commercial TI's) and one commercial ground-up. Intermittent supervision will be required on all so you must be able to drive around.
