Job DescriptionAbout the Role:AWE Enterprises is looking for a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our night shift team in Costa Mesa, CA! Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections under supervision
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and work orders
- Perform nightly tasks including rough-in wiring, panel work, and fixture installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
- Transport, stage, and manage tools and materials on the job site
- Communicate effectively with crew leads regarding progress and any on-site issues
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in or completion of a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory, NEC codes, and safety practices
- Ability to work night shifts reliably and consistently
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus
