Seeking an experienced HR Assistant to support recruitment operations, interview and testing scheduling, candidate communication, new-hire documentation, and administrative coordination. Responsibilities include supporting multiple recruiters, maintaining iCIMS ATS records, auditing recruitment files, preparing reports, tracking deadlines, and handling confidential information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment assistant or HR support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and PivotTables), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS, records management, and recruitment coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, discretion, flexibility, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Associate degree and 2 years of relevant experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Public-sector HR experience is a plus.
- Southern California local candidates only.
- No CalPERS membership or H-1B candidates.
