Job Description:

This position provides professional nursing care in the emergency room following established standards and practices. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals within the emergency department.

Requirements:

- Active RN license.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.
- Ability to read and interpret EKG strips.
- Must not have been directly employed by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year.
