A prestigious high-end restaurant group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its growing operations in Los Angeles, California.
\n
We are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage the local HR function while partnering closely with Corporate HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full scope of HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, and compliance.
- Partner with restaurant leadership on people-related initiatives and business needs.
- Implement and improve HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR practices and employment matters.
- Monitor employee engagement, turnover, and organizational needs.
- Support compensation, benefits, and HR compliance initiatives.
- Partner with Corporate HR on company-wide programs and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
\n
\n
- \n
- HR experience within high-end restaurants, fine dining, or premium restaurant operations.
- Previous HR experience in Los Angeles/California is strongly preferred, with solid knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience across the full HR function and ability to work independently.
- Strong employee relations and business partnering skills.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, and HR technology.
- Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
