Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance use history accurately.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the clients’ needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults seeking mental health support. As a Virtual Counselor, you will work with clients facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Knowing that we pre-screen our clients, you can concentrate your efforts on providing compassionate care that promotes healing and growth within a supportive framework.
Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
- Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory for this role.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering telehealth therapy, particularly to younger populations.
- A commitment to participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our evidence-based care pathways.
- Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction.
- A professional demeanor and consistent presentation is expected during virtual sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging approach to client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

- Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
