Requirements:

  • Valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Experience or strong interest working in school settings, especially with K-6th grade students
  • Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students
  • Openness to both part-time and full-time schedules, with preference for full-time
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students (onsite)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Document and track student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
