Location: Anaheim, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $25–$30/hr (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift — 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Type: Full-Time
ITAR: This position is subject to ITAR requirements
Overview
We’re looking for a Quality Control Inspector to support in-process and final inspection for manufactured parts in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product meets drawing/spec requirements
- Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints and inspect to print
- Use precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicators
- Identify and document nonconforming material and support corrective actions with production/quality
- Maintain accurate inspection records and support reporting on quality metrics
- Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized inspection area
Requirements
- 2+ years quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication/sheet metal preferred)
- Ability to read drawings and apply GD&T
- Hands-on experience with common dimensional inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators)
- Comfortable working onsite on 1st shift (5:00 AM start)
- ITAR eligible
Preferred
- Aerospace/defense manufacturing exposure
- Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO quality systems
- AS9102 / First Article Inspection (FAI) exposure
