Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at Roseville Chevrolet in Roseville, CA. The Salesperson will greet and engage guests in the showroom and on the lot, identify their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and feature demonstrations. The role includes preparing accurate price quotes, explaining financing and lease options in coordination with the finance team, and completing necessary sales documentation. The Salesperson will follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication, and use dealership systems to track opportunities and sales activities. This position also involves staying current on product updates, promotions, and inventory, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales goals.\n

  • Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with a diverse range of customers.

  • Sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, including confidence in presenting pricing, offers, and vehicle features.

  • Basic financial and product comprehension, with the capacity to learn vehicle specifications, warranties, and financing concepts.

  • Comfort with using computers, dealership CRM tools, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and documentation.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail when handling forms, contracts, and follow-ups.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability, including a willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • \n

  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and eligibility to operate dealership vehicles.
