Role Description The Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the attorney and office staff in a full-time, on-site role located in Glendale, CA. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing calendars, and greeting clients in a professional manner. The role involves maintaining client files, organizing documents, assisting with data entry, and helping prepare basic correspondence and forms. The Assistant will support case management by tracking deadlines, coordinating with courts and other agencies as directed, and ensuring that office supplies and resources are readily available. This role requires consistent on-site presence, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\n
