Skills:
- Read Blueprints
- Take radical decisions to improve work flow and stay organized.
- Understand the importance of the job time scheduled and execute your time and weekly goals appropriately
- Be skilled with sheet metal fabrication tools
- Be able to draft and submit sheet metal fitting material list and understand SMACNA standards
- Understand the importance of communication skills and team strategies
- Be punctual and honest with time clocking
- Looking for someone who desires to develop and grow into the lng term position
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial mechanical installation or a related trade
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and installation best practices
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
