Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct and document thorough mental health evaluations and bio-psychosocial assessments to understand the multifaceted needs of clients.
- Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Provide counseling services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, encompassing crisis intervention, treatment planning, and connecting patients with additional support services.
- Act as a liaison, guiding clients to local resources and community agencies, including medication assistance and rehabilitation programs.
- Work collaboratively with Quality Improvement teams to collect and analyze data to enhance treatment processes and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
