Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Production / Printing Operator is responsible for reviewing production orders, preparing jobs according to specific instructions, maintaining quality standards, and accurately entering production information into the Label Traxx system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret production orders containing specific instructions for completing each jobReview orders to determine the required inks, plates, media, and graphicsSet up jobs efficiently while maintaining required quality standardsEnter required order information and job times into the Label Traxx systemFollow established procedures within the company's Quality Management SystemMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaComplete production tasks efficiently without compromising product qualityRemain calm, focused, and professional under pressureFollow all company procedures and production requirementsPerform various production tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisorMaintain consistent attention to detail throughout the production processJob RequirementsAbility to read and understand production orders and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic computer skills and ability to enter production data accuratelyAbility to learn and use Label Traxx or similar production softwareStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow established procedures and quality standardsDependable, team-oriented, and willing to take direction from supervisorsAbility to maintain a clean and organized workspace
