Dynovas is seeking qualified candidates for an Engineer II to lead, support, learn, and innovate on the next generation of aerospace structures and systems.
\n
\n
Dynovas is a small business that will provide aspiring technology and industry leaders an opportunity to learn and be involved in all aspects of technology development and entrepreneurship. As an Engineer II, one will collaborate with and report to company Principal Engineers or Program Managers and be mentored by company leadership.

Specific tasks as a Mechanical, Structures, Materials, or similar Engineer II will include leading and executing the design, manufacturing, and testing of composite and metallic structures; building and operating prototypes; iterating on prototype designs for optimal performance; and developing improvements to additive manufacturing processes that will enhance aerospace mission capabilities.

An Engineer II will lead development efforts within a strong-team based environment across development and production programs. A strong Engineer II candidate will be already be proficient in Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), controls and automation, prototype builds and operation, testing and data analysis, customer interactions, and/or marketing and business development.

Candidate Qualification Requirements:

- 4-year degree in mechanical, structures, materials, or equivalent science/engineering program
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Desire to solve problems independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling
- Proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Experience in prototype manufacturing, testing, and evaluation

Candidate Qualification Desires:

- Active (or previously active) with engineering clubs specifically in robotics, composites, structures, rocketeering, etc.
- Experience designing mechanical systems
- Composites manufacturing experience
