  • Track job costs, committed costs, billing, forecasting, and overall project profitability
  • Lead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
  • Manage procurement and long-lead material tracking
  • Identify cost, schedule, and coordination risks and implement solutions before they impact project performance
  • Maintain strong communication with owners, developers, consultants, and field leadership
  • Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and preconstruction planning
  • Oversee punch lists, turnover documentation, warranties, and final closeout

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of subcontractor buyout, contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Experience managing project financials, change orders, billing, and cost-to-complete forecasting
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with field leadership while managing the administrative and financial side of construction

Ideal Project Background

Compensation & Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Performance-based bonus potential
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Long-term opportunity with an established multifamily construction pipeline
