Position Summary &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>
Evaluate patients and develop OT treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Provide ADL-focused rehabilitation interventions
</li>
<li>
Supervise COTAs and coordinate care
</li>
<li>
Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
</li>
<li>
Complete accurate, timely documentation
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Graduate of accredited OT program 
</li>
<li>
Active California OT license (required)
</li>
<li>
SNF or rehab experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
</li>
</ul>
