We are looking for a talented, experienced, and personable Aesthetician to join our team and work between our Santa Monica and Beverly Hills locations.
Our practice is focused on providing elevated, personalized skincare experiences and exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, knowledgeable about advanced aesthetic treatments, and committed to creating a warm, professional, and luxurious client experience.
Our current aesthetician will be leaving at the end of September, creating an opportunity for the right candidate to step into an established position with the potential to build and grow their own clientele.
We are looking for someone to join our team on a part-time basis, splitting their time between our Santa Monica and Beverly Hills offices.
The ideal candidate will have experience performing a variety of advanced and results-oriented skincare treatments, including:
- HydraFacials
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Customized facials
- Extractions
- Deep-cleansing and corrective treatments
- Customized skincare treatments based on individual client needs
Experience with additional aesthetic treatments and technologies is a plus.
As your schedule and clientele grow, there is an opportunity to increase your hours and transition into a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality, customized aesthetic treatments with a focus on client results
- Perform HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, extractions, and other skincare treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate professional products
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Provide an exceptional, personalized experience from consultation through treatment
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Stay current on skincare products, treatments, techniques, and industry trends
- Work collaboratively with the team across both locations
- Help cultivate and grow a loyal client base
Qualifications
- Active California Esthetician License required
- Previous professional aesthetician experience required
- Hands-on experience with HydraFacials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare, skin health, and professional-grade products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Warm, polished, professional, and personable demeanor
- Passionate about skincare and delivering outstanding client results
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable working independently while being a collaborative team member
- Ability and willingness to work between our Santa Monica and Beverly Hills locations
- Motivated to build a strong clientele and grow within the practice
Schedule & Growth Opportunity
This position will begin as part-time, with scheduling split between our Santa Monica and Beverly Hills offices.
We are looking for someone who is interested in growing with us long-term. As your clientele and schedule become busier, we are open to increasing your hours and transitioning the position to full-time.
This is a great opportunity for an aesthetician who wants the flexibility of starting part-time while having a clear path toward building a full-time clientele.
