Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to company leadership and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized, supporting a team, and ensuring daily administrative responsibilities are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to executive leadership.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle routine correspondence.
Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical files.
Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and other business materials.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare materials, and track follow-up items.
Support office organization and daily administrative operations.
Assist with front desk coverage as needed; help with walk-in customers.
Coordinating special event and holiday celebrations with executive leadership.
Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling as needed.
Communicate professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and business partners.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
