Seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a boutique real estate law firm in Irvine, California.
The pay range is $170,000-$200,000 a year, depending on experience. New employees are eligible for generous health benefits, PTO, and sick days after 90 days.
This is a remote position, though office space is available for anyone who prefers to work on-site. Candidates should expect to appear in person for trials, hearings, and periodic office meetings.

Responsibilities:

As a Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will work directly with clients to assist in providing legal solutions to their needs and concerns regarding their real property.

You will also work closely with our legal team to ensure that clients are being given timely and high-quality legal services.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a “Type A” team player who wants to be part of a growing business. The person we hire must bring a positive energy and an open minded attitude to our team.
Our ideal Litigation Associate Attorney has:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited legal institution

Licensed by and in good standing with the California State Bar
-
At least five (5) years’ experience practicing as an attorney.

Litigation experience is required.

Commercial Landlord-Tenant law knowledge and experience is a plus.

Demonstrated experience appearing at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials is required

Verified California driver’s license and reliable transportation

Be able to occasionally attend meetings in our Irvine office
We need a competent and professional Litigation Associate Attorney who can:

Conduct research and analysis of legal problems

Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients

Provide legal support and guidance to clients

Communicate and build collaborative professional relationships with clients

Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
-
Prepare and file legal documents (including, but not limited to, pleadings, motions, complaints)

Effectively manage a caseload with the assistance of a legal team

Adhere to firm processes, procedures, and practices
