Caseload: RSP – Elementary, TK–8th Grade
Make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 school year in a specialized Special Education classroom serving students with mild to moderate support needs. We are seeking a qualified Special Education teacher with a California Mild/Moderate credential to support an RSP (Resource Specialist Program) caseload serving students in TK-8th grade in the Tracy area!
This is a full-time contracted opportunity beginning ASAP and continuing through May 27th, 2027.
Qualifications
- Active Mild to Moderate Education Specialist Credential in California
- Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities in RSP settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development, behavior support strategies, and differentiated instruction
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized academic instruction to students with IEPs
- Support students through an RSP/Resource Specialist model
- Develop and implement instruction aligned with individual IEP goals
- Provide accommodations, modifications, and differentiated instruction
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
