Our client, a boutique firm in Marin County, is seeking a litigation attorney with experience in California courts. Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in trust and estates litigation.

Responsibilities:

- Manage litigation matters from start to finish (pleadings to trial and appeal)
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies aligned with client goals
- Advise clients and represent them in court, mediations, and settlement discussions
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates

Qualifications:

- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; active CA Bar membership
- 3+ years of litigation experience in California state courts
- Experience or demonstrated interest in trusts and estates and probate litigation
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service
