We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Site Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure a consistent, high-quality workplace experience for employees and visitors.

The Site Operations Lead will serve as the primary on-site liaison across Culinary, Facilities, IT, Security, Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), Workplace, Human Resources (HR), and other support teams. This role provides critical on-the-ground visibility, identifies operational gaps, monitors service delivery and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracks issues through resolution, and escalates concerns to the appropriate functional owners.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, strong operational judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Details:

1. Site Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Own the site's day-to-day operational health by conducting regular walkthroughs to ensure the workplace is clean, safe, organized, functional, and operating according to established standards.
    • Serve as the primary on-site liaison across Culinary, Facilities, IT, Security, GSOC, Workplace, HR, and other functional teams.
    • Identify operational issues, determine the appropriate functional owner, submit and monitor service tickets, and drive follow-through through resolution.
    • Monitor established service levels and SLAs, escalating recurring or unresolved issues to the appropriate functional owners.
    • Coordinate with building management and approved vendors for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and other on-site services.
    • Identify recurring operational trends and provide actionable feedback to functional teams and leadership.

2. Workplace Services & Employee Experience

    • Partner with Culinary teams and vendors to monitor meal, snack, coffee, and beverage services and ensure established service standards and SLAs are met.
    • Partner with Facilities to ensure cleaning, maintenance, workplace conditions, and site standards are consistently maintained.
    • Coordinate with IT to identify workplace technology issues, track service tickets, and support meeting-room and technology readiness.
    • Partner with Security and GSOC on site access, visitor management, safety, security, and emergency-response needs.
    • Serve as an on-site resource for employees by gathering feedback, identifying trends, and connecting concerns with the appropriate functional teams.
    • Support site events, leadership visits, meetings, and other operational activities.

3. Onboarding & Site Planning

    • Support new-hire onboarding and site orientation by coordinating with HR, IT, Security, Facilities, Culinary, and other functional teams to help ensure employees have appropriate access, technology, workplace resources, and site information.
    • Serve as the on-site coordination point for onboarding-related operational issues and track requests with the appropriate functional owners through resolution.
    • Maintain visibility into site headcount, space utilization, upcoming events, and operational changes that may affect workplace services.
    • Partner with leadership and functional teams to support site planning and evolving operational needs.
    • Maintain relevant site documentation and provide leadership with visibility into site health, service performance, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Functional Ownership

The Site Operations Lead drives on-site coordination, operational visibility, issue tracking, and timely escalation. Strategic program direction, governance, and ultimate decision-making authority remain with the leaders responsible for Culinary, Facilities, IT, Security, GSOC, Workplace, HR, and other specialized functional groups.

The Site Operations Lead does not independently change established service standards, culinary offerings, catering volumes, vendor contracts, SLAs, technical infrastructure, security guidelines, or operational protocols without prior alignment with the designated functional owner.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in site operations, workplace operations, facilities operations, hospitality operations, or a related field.
    • Experience coordinating across multiple functional teams and vendor partners.
    • Experience monitoring service delivery, SLAs, service tickets, and operational issues through resolution.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
    • Strong operational judgment and the ability to determine when to resolve an issue, engage a functional owner, or escalate a concern.
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented, and hospitality-focused approach to site operations and employee experience.
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience using ticketing or workplace-management systems.
