What You'll Do:

- Manage construction litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent contractors, developers, business owners, and property owners in complex disputes.
- Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on high-profile matters.

Qualifications:
\n

- Active bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of construction litigation and/or commercial litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
\n

\n
\n
Salary and Other Compensation:
\n
The annual salary for this position is between $180k-$250k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
