What You'll Do

- \n
- Manage your own family law caseload
- Represent clients in matters including divorce, custody, support, and related family law disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare cases for hearings and trial
- Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide practical legal guidance
- Handle matters independently while collaborating with the broader team when needed

Qualifications
\n

- California Bar admission in good standing
- Experience practicing Family Law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Strong organizational and case-management skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
\n
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $250,000 Base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
